Upsell call guidelines

• With upsells/renewals, go in with customer support angle when upselling
  • Lowers the prospects guard
• When upselling clients you’ve already taken through a sales call, or have a good relationship with, you can skip a lot of what you’d normally do on a full sales call
• If it’s a client you’ve never spoken to, then you want to get more into their problem, emotional goals, etc. as if it’s a brand new sales call

Ending the first sales call script:

"Well, you’re on the right path by joining us here. Our program is designed to elevate your sales process step-by-step over the next 90 days. We get a lot of questions about what happens after these 90 days, and often, clients choose to continue with our advanced [BACK-END PROGRAM NAME]. In this next-level program, [INFLUENCER NAME] places setters and closers in your business, allowing you to focus on scaling even further. But that's a bit advanced right now! I’m happy to send you a sneak peek if you’d like a look ahead."

After Sneak-Peek Request:

"Alright, I’ll send that right after this call. Keep me posted on your progress, and let’s get started!"
