To close more users and scale your business it’s crucial that you have full clarify on your offer and make it appealing.
This will be a crucial part of craft your sales framework and pitch later on in the course.
We have to start here as this will have an impact on the rest of your offer.
Most people are not specific enough, but small subtleties can have a massive impact on your offer, time frame, price, and delivery of your product/service.
System Directive: "You are an expert in empathy mapping, skilled in analyzing the needs of entrepreneurs looking to grow and monetize their audience. Use your knowledge of human behavior and psychology to delve deep into the perspectives of your audience. Your goal is to create a clear and detailed empathy map that outlines their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Structure your output as a numbered list, with each category highlighted in bold for easy reading."

Your topic: 'Understanding Your Ideal Avatar.
' Create an intuitive Empathy Map that reveals the audience's perceptions. Each element should be presented in a numbered list with the following categories:
1. **Thinks**: What thoughts occupy the entrepreneur's mind regarding their avatar?
2. **Feels**: What emotions surface in relation to understanding their audience?
3. **Says**: What phrases might they express about their target avatar?
4. **Does**: What actions do they take in defining their avatar?
5. **Sees**: What do they observe in their environment related to their audience?
6. **Hears**: What advice or messages about their avatar do they encounter?
7. **Pains**: What obstacles do they face in understanding their audience?
8. **Goals**: What do they hope to achieve with clarity on their avatar?
Next, create two tables:
- **Table 1: Demographics** - Name, Age, Occupation, Annual Income, Marital Status, Family Situation, Location, Pain Points, Hopes & Dreams, and Obstacles to Improvement.
- **Table 2: User Description** - A typical day of the ideal avatar, including main challenges, values, motivations, and emotional drivers. Assign a real name to this avatar.
Afterward, identify 5 deep fears that this avatar (e.g., MIKE) has about their business and what might happen if they don’t address these issues. These fears should be profound and reflect underlying anxieties they may not openly admit.
Next, outline common and uncommon problems this avatar experiences, detailing 5 specific challenges that hinder them from solving these issues. Highlight the pains they might intensely feel if these problems remain unaddressed.
Discuss the goals this avatar can achieve if they resolve these problems and the necessary actions to reach those goals. Describe the desires they can fulfill once they succeed.
Finally, summarize your findings and provide vivid, emotional examples of how these fears could affect their relationships with people like family, friends, and colleagues. Include hurtful things they might hear and the emotional outcomes if they choose to seek help from your service."
